NASA Bombs The Moon On Friday-Break Out Your Telescopes

Nasa scientists are preparing to launch a space mission from Cape Canaveral carrying a missile that will fire a hole deep in the surface of the moon. The aim is to see whether any traces of water will be revealed by the disruption caused to the planet's surface. Nasa will analyse the space cloud caused by the explosion for any sign of water or vapour.
Scientists expect the impact to blast out a huge cloud of dust, gas and vaporized water ice at least 6 miles high - making it visible from Earth.
If the search is successful it could provide vital supplies for a moonbase. The moon is mostly dry desert but ice may be trapped in craters which never see sunlight.
The unmanned Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite mission (LCROSS) will fire a Centaur rocket into the surface at twice the speed of a bullet.
An accompanying spacecraft will orbit the moon for a year looking for possible landing sites for astronauts. The Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter will spend at least a year creating the most minutely detailed map of the moon's surface ever seen.
The vessel swill be the first American spacecrafts to make a lunar trip since 1999.
Astronomers have long thought that a rain of comets brought water to the arid, lifeless moon over billions of years.
In the past few years, at least two American spacecraft reported the presence of water by detecting hints of hydrogen and oxygen - the constituents of water - frozen deep in the darkest recesses of craters around both the north and south lunar poles.

On a side note:Something big is going to happen behind this. I'm not sure what it is but I'm telling you something is going to happen behind them doing this. If you guys live on the coast please keep a mindful eye out for the rest of the year. You can't tell me that messing with the moon is not going to have some kind of a impact on the oceans on our planet. Word on the streets is there has been a special black ops secret space mission of people living on the moon for at least 40 years and not only that there is now an atmosphere around the moon that was not there 40 years ago and NASA is aware and is bombing the moon to get confirmation to see if in fact that is the case. Iight,this may seem far out to most people but check the stats,what is our moon? A satellite,everybody knows satellite's are communication devices so why would you fire a rocket a 2ice the speed of a bullet into a satellite?Maybe to disconnect you from galactic transmissions i.e. trying to slow up the quickening process on the planet because they know it's about to go WAY DUMB.

'Madea' actor-director Tyler Perry reveals history of childhood abuse, molestation on Web site

Filmmaker Tyler Perry, who is promoting a new movie about an abused teenager, has gone public with brutal memories of his own childhood beatings and molestation.
In an email to fans that has Perry's admirers buzzing, he recounts various examples of terrible childhood mistreatment - from his father beating him senseless to a neighbor woman molesting him at age 10.
Even his grandmother, the mother of his hated father, became a threat when she objected to his weekly allergy shot, he recalls.
"Ain't nothing wrong with that damn boy - he just got germs on him. Stop wasting all that money," she said, he recalled.
"She came and got me out of the living room leaving my Matchbox cars on the floor. She said she was going to kill these germs on me once and for all. She gave me a bath in ammonia."
Perry, 38, fled his abusive home in New Orleans and, after a period of homelessness and struggle, became a writer, director, actor and producer.
He is now a mega-millionaire and one of the world's most influential black filmmakers. He is the producer of "Tyler Perry's House of Payne" on TV and his movies, including "Diary of a Mad Black Woman," "Madea's Family Reunion" and "I Can Do Bad All By Myself" have grossed $400 million.
Along with Oprah Winfrey, he executive produced "Precious," the story of an illiterate obese teen mom struggling to rise above horrible sexual and mental abuse. The movie opens nationally Nov. 6.
Perry has made no secret of his unhappy childhood and speaks often of his abusive father, but the raw details in his email were new revelations.
"I'm tired of holding this in. I don't know what to do with it anymore, so, I've decided to give some of it away," he wrote in Saturday's email, which was also posted on his website.
He recounted being beaten by his father for reading books and filching cookies.
"He got the vacuum cleaner extension cord and trapped me in a room and beat me until the skin was coming off my back. To this day, I don't know what would make a person do something like that to a child," Perry wrote.
Without elaborating on what seems to be another molestation incident, he mentioned "a man that I knew from church when I was a kid" who had died broke and whose family asked Perry to pay for the funeral.
"I quickly said no, but I wish I would have said yes. There is something so powerful to me in burying the man that molested me," Perry wrote.
"I would have dug the grave myself."
Perry said God sustained him, and provided comfort in his darkest times.
Terrie Williams, author of "Black Pain: It Just Looks Like We're Not Hurting," praised Perry for sharing his old misery.
"When someone like Tyler Perry posts this kind of personal message it helps to free others," Williams said.
"People are suffering unspeakable, horrific horrors and they live with those secrets that tear them up inside," she said.
"There are countless numbers of people who have been violated and haven't addressed their pain and that leads to depression, or self medicating, drinking, drug abuse, compulsive shopping when you don't have any money or eating disorders. Share your story to liberate yourself and get help."

Is it great when someone with power and fame, shares these types of memories. It is important to start talking about abuse, molestation, and neglect. Its so much of this going on, and primarily because we choose not to talk about it, its tabu, we rather brush it under the rug in hopes of it disappearing. The victims are ashamed to talk about it, the families involved dont want to bring that type of 'light' to their family and the perpetrators just keep on going

This is a legitimate question. I have watched since the Bush administration, this country literally fall to pieces right before my very eyes. The american people have allowed Bush to run two horrible consecutive terms. This country has allowed the 911 attacks to be unanswered. This country has allowed all kinds of laws to be passed which basically wipes out the constitution as we know it today. This country has allowed certain people in power to push bigger government on us as a solution to all of our problems when the truth of the matter is our problems begin with us.
Nobody in this country wants to take any responsibility for the things that has happened in the past 12 years, shit let me take it back further then that since the past 400 years. When we had that big depression back in the 1930's how in the hell could we have allowed ourselves to go back there again and again? This capitalist world has been proven it does not work. To many damn greedy people in america.
The racism card is dead to. When are all of you people going to realize that racism was a sickness that was spread through your ancestors to keep you divided and distracted from the bigger agenda? You see the media race baiting constantly. I figured by now as smart as you Americans claim to be, you would have woken up by now. You want to blame Obama for allowing bigger government, but the truth is, what you see in front of your eyes has been preplanned long before he got in office. There were to many laws pushed in to effect entirely to fast.
We allowed this to happen because you seem to think in that scared little mind of yours, that you don't know what you are going to be able to do about it. May I suggest you pick up a book and read. All the superior attitudes that this country has prided it's self on is now just a waste of time and energy because the chickens have come home to roost. That's right American people your forefathers have sold you down the drain a very long time ago because they have always known that people need order out of chaos. They have always known that it is easier for people to accept a war or 911 or any other catastrophe because it kept you distracted from dealing with yourselves.
People of color are not your enemy and never have been. But this racist supremacist system is your worst enemy. Until the American people can look inward and admit their wrongs, knowing deep down inside they were wrong they will continue to look for an outside solution to their problems in this country and will forever be the slave inside of the matrix of big government. Your ancestors had more backbone then the people of America do today. There were plenty of revolutionists. Look at your story and see for yourselves.
Now the sleeping giant wakes up when Obama puts in a national health care bill? Now? What the hell took you people so damn long? You allowed this to happen. You turned your back when bush signed the bill to open up the Canada and Mexican borders where were you then? Oh that's right the media got inside your head and you trusted them to tell you what ever goes wrong with the world. The united states big corporate media is the biggest liar in the history of story telling. They kept so many of us naive and placed in a bubble. Soaking in our own delusional ignorance and false sense of security that this country was the best. This country has killed a lot of people all over the world. This country was built on the blood of the indigenous people.
You wanted that American Dream so let me ask you something. How does that American dream look now? What is your children's future looking like these days? I see a lot of college graduates with no jobs hmmm.
Well now the dream is sold and let's see where that American dream has gotten you. Millions of lost jobs, millions of people whose homes went into foreclosure and thousands more homeless and now it's looking like an assault on freedom of speech. It's time to wake up and look in the mirror and take some responsibilities for the things that you have allowed to happen. Because the pace that this country is going the world as you know it today will not the be the same world in a few more years. Now the question is what are you going to do to change it?

The day a man loses his job is among the most stressful of his life. Sudden unemployment can turn a man’s world upside down, influencing every aspect of his life, including his relationship. Even the sturdiest of romantic bonds can be shaken when a man finds himself among the jobless. The stress caused by unemployment can eat away at a relationship like cancer. And though every guy hopes that his partner will actually help him weather the storm of unemployment, it’s also not uncommon for a guy to feel that having another person to worry about, and another stressed out individual in the house, just makes matters worse. Seeing how the economy is still in the tank, we suspect more than a few guys out there are wondering how to handle unemployment and relationships, so we’ve put together this list of strategies to help men get through this difficult chapter in their lives.
Don’t mope
Losing your job can be a devastating experience. Anger, fear and nervousness are natural responses, and it’s OK to give in to those emotions -- for a while. It’s fine to be upset, and she’ll probably be understanding, but a day or two of moping is pretty much all you’re allowed. You need to start planning your next move and looking for a new job, not wallowing around your apartment in your sweats.
Sitting around the house and moping about your unemployment won’t do either of you any good. So get your act together as quickly as possible. You can’t expect her to stand by while you spend the next four weeks bitching and moaning about your life being over. If, after a couple of weeks, you still feel like you need to talk to somebody about your luckless life, seek out a friend, at least periodically, so that your girlfriend doesn’t have to hear your moping all day, every day.
Leave with her in the morning
Just because you aren’t going in to the office anymore doesn’t mean you’re on vacation. It’s crucial that you stick to a schedule. Try waking up at the usual time and leaving with her in the morning. Simply getting out of the house will keep you motivated and increase your productivity. It will also help you retain some semblance of normalcy in your relationship.
Instead of searching the job listings from home, get out of the house and head for a nearby coffee shop. Arrange to meet contacts for lunch so you can let everyone know you’re on the market. Treat looking for a job like a full-time job; that’s the clearest path back to the workforce.
Schedule time outside
Just as you should leave with her in the morning, you should also make sure that you’re not always waiting for her when she gets home. Let’s say you spend all day every day looking for a new gig, scouring the web and calling colleagues from your apartment. Then, at around 4:30 p.m., you quit for the day and turn on the TV. What do you think she’s going to think when she arrives home from work and finds you sprawled out on the couch? Perception matters. If you look like you’re relaxing at home every time she walks through the door, she’s going to think you’re slacking off, even if you aren’t. Do yourself a favor and schedule some time outside, especially late in the afternoons.
Accept her help
When you lose your job it’s easy to get defensive. Even if your unemployment is the result of global economic trends and has nothing to do with your personal performance, it’s hard not to think of unemployment as a reflection of your ability. Consequently, you might be uptight about accepting her help as you look for a new job. But here’s the deal: you need to get over it. Accepting her help, whether she’s providing you with a lead on a job or critiquing your resume, will turn a potentially destructive situation into a constructive one. You’ll be working together to solve a problem, instead of fighting about the problem.
Make dinner
It’s a small thing, but significant. Making dinner is a great way to pull your weight in a relationship while you’re in between jobs. If she’s become the primary breadwinner in your relationship, the least you can do is make a meal every now and then. It’s common courtesy, and it will show her that you’re willing to put a little extra effort into the relationship when you’ve got some time to spare.
BETTER DAYS AHEAD
Unemployment and relationships are a troublesome mix. It’s not uncommon for a guy to find himself in love and out of work at the same time. Manage the situation correctly and your relationship will be a source of support, not added stress.

A number of legal 'fictions' were created at that time by federal fiat that declared that the U. S. was in a state of bankruptcy and that a 'policy' would now take over that established all legal matters-from civil to criminal-to be under the jurisdiction of the Uniform Commercial Code, the UCC, which is created by statutory laws ('laws' created by legislatures without approval -and usually without knowledge-of the general public), in place of Constitutional law which was created with the approval of the American people. This fiction took you, the flesh and blood creation of God out of the picture and substituted in your place something called 'the straw man'. Whenever you get a summons to appear in court, your name is printed in all capital letters because that is how the 'straw man' is distinguished from the flesh and blood, God-created man. Since you show up and answer to your all-capital name on the docket, the court accepts you as the 'representative' of the straw man and proceeds to play the game with you. If you don't show up, they're still arrest you for failure to appear, because the state has already recognized you as the representative of the straw man-unless you learn how to break that connection (called a 'nexus') and take back your straw man from state 'ownership'. I know it sounds complicated and you weren't told a thing about it, but I did tell you it was a deception, remember?
If you don't realize that you are 'owned' by the state, then consider this: whenever you go to a car dealer and buy a new car, the deed (from the manufacturer) of that car is sent by the car dealer to the Secretary of State of the state in which you live. It's recorded and then destroyed. You, in turn, are given a title of certificate by your state which says that you have a legal right to possess and use this car which is now owned by the state who received its deed. Your ownership of the car is an illusion, the reality is-the state owns the car. Same for a marriage licence. You are asking the state to give you permission to become man and wife. By seeking out said marriage licence, you are affirming to the state that your are slaves of the state ("chattel") and you recognize that the 'massah' has authority over you for such things, otherwise you wouldn't be asking for its 'permission' in the first place. Hi--here's some interesting research on 'crimes'. It appears that all crimes are commercial and have a commercial value to them. It makes you look at improvements to the freeways, cities and towns in a different light.......especially when those improvements are funded by 'municipal bonds.' Gxxx is investigating more into the criminal jail/prosecution aspects. The results are incredible. His strawman is currently on probation from activities that were the result of Cxxxx prosecution of 17 to 18 people who were attempting to help patriots to buy Cadillacs. He was put in jail for a year, then a half way house. He's been researching admiralty. When he was ready to leave the half way house he was caught on the computer creating a bill of exchange and the guards and matrons thought it was criminal activity so they jerked him back into jail for violating his probation for putting a blank bill of exchange. Jxxx had advised him that he had to quit fighting these people or he'd be in dishonor under admiralty and he had to keep raising questions rather than fighting and denying the charges. He was only in jail about 4 or 5 days and when they tried to interrogate him to get him ready for his hearing where the judge would eventually put him back into prison. He started using the correct tactic of accepting and asking questions. He got the prosecutor (assistant) to throw up her hands and scream he was too smart for her, to just get out. He's been in a half way house since May.
The last time he had a probation hearing with his officer in Cxxxx, he'd gone to the meeting personally. Before he went, he'd written a letter to her, the judge, the prosecutor, and others, and said that he requested that they deliver to him the bonds from CUSIP which were being used to underwrite his time in prison and his time on probation. He wanted them to deliver the bonds being held by CUSIP and other government agencies so he could accept them for settlement and closure. When he went to his probation officer meeting he was disappointed because his probation officer wasn't there to meet with him. He filled out a form and left. It seems that no one wants to talk with him or meet with him now that he's asked for the CUSIP bonds so he can settle and close the bonds.
CUSIP is an acronym. Gxxx is telling us that all criminal prosecution is for the purpose for raising revenue for the United States of America and he'll tell us who that is. Now you'll have a better understanding of why people are in jail, why they are in prison, why they are on probation and why they are charged with everything from jaywalking on up through murder one. Jack further heard from others researching, and Gxxx is also saying that every American soldier who dies in Afghanistan and Iraq probably carries a $10 million life insurance on him carried by our government. After all, every soldier, marine, or air force person is an asset to the United States of America. They have a huge investment in that particular soldier and his activity and it can explain why it is that the US is not so anxious to withdraw its troops from that area. It's a money making activity and they don't want to talk about the fact that they are making money on death and that they are making money the incarceration and imprisonment on otherwise good hearted people.

The key to finding out what you want on the Internet is knowing how to put it into the computer. If you put the right information in there, you get the right answer. He's been finding out who the investor is, the 144 holders. They have a rule called the 144 holder. The rule is that they can't sell private investment securities that are not registered. The rule prohibits them from selling the prison bonds. They have to wait 6 months before they can sell a certain quantity of private securities without being registered, selling them as private securities. Basically there are 8 people on the board of directors of CCA (Corrections Corporation of America)-Joseph E. Russell, the top holder, and John M Ferguson. Russell owns 64,000 shares of CCA stock which is worth about $70 million. Ferguson owns 34,000 shares valued at about $37 million.
Fidelity Management and Research is the top stock holder, the top investment firm that is selling the bonds as investment securities. They pool them and sell them as mortgage backed securities. They also when they pool them, they sell them as mutual funds on the stock market. By pooling you mean the securities on the inmates. What they are doing is they are actually taking the mortgage backed securities, which are really bid bonds, performance bonds and payment bonds. They pool these bonds and when they pool them together they call them mortgage backed securities. They take these to TBA which is the Bond Market Association. It's an actual market for bonds. Anytime a bond is issued there has to be an underwriter. The bonds have to be underwritten. Bonds that are issued have to be indemnified so there has to be surety (spelling?) to indemnify the bonds. The brokerage houses and the insurance companies indemnify the bonds. They're called surety companies.
After the surety companies indemnify the bonds, which is underwriting them, they do this through an investment banker or the banks themselves do this. They job it out to them. They buy up all these shares and turn around and sell them as investment securities. The shares represent the stock which represent the account of CCA. All of this has been funneled through CCA, the Corrections Corporation of America. What they are doing is selling stock in the prison system by selling the prisoners' accounts as securities through the securities exchange. They are making huge amounts of money off it. They privatize the prisoners' accounts and bring all these investors in and what they are doing is underwriting all these prisoner's accounts (bonds). This is after the surety company guarantees the bonds. Then they are underwritten through an investment bank or banker. Then they are put out on the market and resold to the public. In other words the banks are buying up all the shares and then they resell them as investment securities to the public. The public them buys them as
mutual funds or they can buy them as debt instruments, equity instruments. What they are really doing is they are buying up debt instrument. They are using the fiscal accounting cycle of accrual and they sell the prisoner's 'capital and interest' as it is called in accrual accounting. They resell these to the public because the prisoner did not do full settlement and closure on the account. They sell the prisoner accounts as a commercial dishonor and sell it to the public as a commercial dishonor.
When you go in the courts they always say they are operating under a statute jurisdiction. The Black's Law Dictionary 4th edition says a statute is a bond or obligation of record. That's what all the criminal statutes are........bonds or obligation of record. Go in and read the definition of a recognizance bond and you find that it is a bond or obligation of record. They are selling bonds. They are charging prisoners under a bond; the prisoner signs the bond and the bond becomes the agreement for the payback. This is done when the prisoner signs the final court papers at a sentencing hearing.
Just: how many of us remember when our government attempted to finance from the private sector during the second world war? Weren't they selling war bonds? They were soaking up the people's equity in terms of buying bonds, transferring your funds to the government. The government by purchasing those bonds, was promising to pay you back your investment at sometime in the future with interest. At that time what they were collecting from the people was their so-called cash equity. What Gene saying now is that people have gotten too poor, too stingy, too smart to buy bonds to finance the government. How long has it been since you heard the Post Office or anyone trying to get you down to buy US savings bonds? So what they are doing now instead of getting us to voluntarily give our cash equity to the government for a promise to be paid back in the future, they are securing from us some violation of a statute by which the law ascribes from us a penalty; i.e., the payment of a sum of money due. Instead of collecting the cash from us, they put us through a criminal procedure where we dishonor the system and what Gene said is what is happening is they are selling our capital and our interest. In other words, they are selling the liability you had in whatever charge was brought against your strawman. They are taking that capital and interest that you should pay and are grabbing that from us and selling it on the open market to bankers and investors to transfer their funds to government which is covered by the bond of the violation of your strawman of that statute. In order to secure the bond the living soul is placed in prison as the surety to back the bond which is financed on the investment of the public market place in terms of the sales of stocks and bonds.
The public doesn't directly bid on my (the prisoner's) debt. Your debt is assumed by the bankers. The bankers issue secondary paper that allows me to invest in what they are holding as the holder in due course of the claim against your strawman. The reason they are doing this is because you dishonored the post settlement procedures for settlement and closure of the account. The prisoner should have come in and accepted and used his exemption. Since the prisoner dishonored the post settlement proceedings, then the prisoner is in dishonor and the issuance of the bonds by the financing system was done in order to pass the punishment on to him because of his inability to fulfill his post settlement objectives.
If you get into to dishonor by nonacceptance, what they are trying to do is get an acceptor which is the same thing as a banker. They need someone to pay off the obligation and if you get into dishonor, they sell your dishonor and put you into prison as the collateral and they sell the bond. The bond is issued and they get a surety to underwrite the bid bond with a performance bond and then they get an underwriter to underwrite the performance and payment bonds. What the performance bond does is it guarantees the bid contract, or the bid bond. What the bid bond does is guarantee the payment of the performance bond. This is done through a surety company. Then they get an underwriter or an investment banker to underwrite it. After it's underwritten, they sell it to the public as investment securities, debt instruments, or mutual backed securities.
It's all done through bonds...bonding. That's what all these municipal bonds are. What they doing is following everything through the prison system. The prison system is being privatized. Through privatization , private enterprise can fund the prison system cheaper than the government can. They are subsidizing everything through privatization.
ALEC does this; the American Legislative Exchange Council, promotes privatization through foundations like the Reason Foundation owned by David Knott. They get the foundations to promote this and gets investors to come in. Cornell was merged with Trinity venture Company which is an investment company. What they did was change their name to Reid Trinity Venture and then merged with SB Warburg. (Warburg was out of Germany or France and partnered with Rothschild). SB Warburg is in Chicago, Illinois, and they merged with BIF in Switzerland, which is a settlement and closure bank, and the biggest bank in the world for settlements. They are connected to Cornell Company which is owned by David Cornell.
Everyone is tied in. Paine Webber Group is the United States of America and all the big international corporations are the stockholders and own all the stock in CCA. Everyone is using our exemptions on the private side. They filed a 1096 tax return and show it as a prepaid account, as prepaid interest and they returned it back to the prisoner. They took the prisoners deduction for the exemption and they deduct the tax and the IRS bills the prisoner for the tax. So the corporations are stealing your exemption which is your intellectual property. What's wrong with this? They are not telling us what they are doing. It's all commercial. When you go into the court room everything is commercial. Vxxxxx in her seminar says the facts don't matter, the facts are on the moon. What matters is honor and dishonor. The courts have to dishonor the potential prisoner or get that 'person' to argue or get that 'person's' attorney to argue. Just like Martha Stewart. Argue and you're in dishonor and you'll end up in jail.
The attorneys are actors to make us think the whole process is a factual issue. They get us into the guilty/not guilty mode and they get into all the cloak and dagger or what evidence to present. It's a dog and pony show to cover up that they are after the debt money. All corporations work on a fiscal accounting year which means that they spend debt. They can't get rid of the debt and balance the books unless they run it through our accounts on the private side. We the people run on a calender year and the corporations run on the fiscal year. They can only balance their books is to run it through our accounts using our exemptions. Then they can do their reverse bookkeeping entry and go to post settlement and closure. They can't do that until the prisoners do the cceptance (if they do it). That what they are looking for in the court room under 3-410 is the acceptor. That means we are assuming the liability for the debt as the principal. A lot of times with debt the principal is always the primary libelant in the commercial setting. He has to assume the liability and then you get your remedy. Otherwise you don't get a remedy.
They sell your account to some corporation while you're sitting in prison.How many times has government ever had a case against anyone. The attorneys have to attempt to get you to go right into argument and trial and go into dishonor. Axxxx was given documents from Redwood Trust on a mortgage foreclosure. She did an conditional acceptance and she did a heck of a job. She stopped them cold and they took the property off the market. At the end she said if they didn't answer her within 14 days she was going to resort to notarial protest and get remedy for dishonor. She went into the fact that their charter doesn't allow them to loan credit, she wanted to know the name of the company who was the source of the credit, she wanted the name of the account number, she wanted certified copies of the font and back of the promissory note. She was trying to get them to divulge that it was her secured party creditor that was the source of everything they were doing. She was forcing them to admit that it was her promissory note that was the basis of the credit instrument that they loaned and that they had already sold the note to someone else and they didn't have it in their possession. What they do is they sell the notes just as they do when you go into prison. They endorse the note and they no longer the holder of the note. The mortgage company wasn't involved in this process....the attorneys are doing all this. What they are doing is coming to the private side to get the debt without any permission from the mortgage company. IN this case they quoted from the UCC, and it's from Lex Mercatoria, the Law of the Merchant.
If you read John Hall's book, it talks about letter Rogatory, indictments where you are indicted and brought into the court under a warrant. What the warrant is, is a demand for payment of debt. What they did under admiralty in the court room is they are demanding payment. You sign a bond to be released until the civil complaint is prosecuted and then they release you under the bond until civil bond is prosecuted. If you didn't pay the debt they put you in prison until the debt is paid. They use the same terms in this practice book from 1700. This is an actual practice book. It was written by Courts Practice who worked in the Court of Arches for the Crown as a registrant. This is a private book, not meant for public viewing. It laws out the whole practice of admiralty during the American Revolution.
Hall translated this and put it in put it in district court in Maryland in 1809. This was written in 1692. It's an actual practice. Benedict is not a practice; it gives information about what admiralty is. Admiralty is all debt and it's all civil; it becomes criminal when the prisoner gets a contempt charge when he refuses to pay. They can keep you in jail until you pay the debt. The initial get out of jail bond releases you until you've successfully paid the debt. This book goes into the history and practice of admiralty. It tells how to set the bond, and do court room procedure. The laws haven't changed; the circumstances of the government have changed so admiralty can be applied instead of constitutional law. Warden comes from admiralty-warden of the sea. The warden is the warehouse man who is warehousing all the goods; he's the bailee. The commitment order is your bailment, your contract for the commitment of the goods. Then they put the goods in a warehouse and store them there (prisoners stored in prisons, just like the people stored in the pods in the movie, The Matrix).

We are the ones who create devil and bring it into existence by mentally and emotionally feeding into the negative side of ourselves and life. We create devil because the church has not acquired the knowledge to spiritually develop anyone into the reality of what we actually are, and how we're supposed to manifest it.
The end result is that we've been kept in the praying mode and the fear mode of a hell waiting for us...when reality states that it's one we've been building here on earth with our own hands. hell and devil is easy to manifest and build, for all we have to do is to feed into every thought and feeling that crosses our mind and body. The mind and body will run wild on it's own, and so will our emotions.
That in itself is enough to manifest devil and shape the hell our hands has been molding. building heaven on earth and within ourselves is another matter all together.
The reason for this is because those of us with the knowledge, the understanding, and the spirituality should be teaching our people how to focus, how to use and direct our own power, emotions, and minds to our own benefits, and our own prosperity and peace.
In agony and despair, man is slowly and perhaps too late, coming to realize that the hell of his religion or theology is the product of his own work, and that the heaven he longs to see, must be made with his own hands. We have not realized the error we have made in our definition of our Creator.
Psychologist have discovered that man is not searching for truth. Experience has shown over the years that people are willing to pay good money to be deceived and hoodwinked, but are not willing to change their way of living, no matter how harmful it may prove to be. There must be great truth in that statement as we look at ourselves and our conditions.

to contemplate my own final exit - hope it will at least be painless; perhaps whilst I sleep.
No false bravado, mate. I am scared shitless and no one, repeat NO ONE knows what
happens afterwards - other than the body rotting and providing succour to maggots, etc.
Religion gives hope...religion went out with the Vikings.

- I disagree with the statement "everyone is afraid to die"........... If one has lived a loving decent life, why would you be afraid?
As a community activist my father who is pushing 90 said to me, I need to stop complaining to "the city" about these vacant properties, for the owners could find out who I am and do me harm.
I told him that "fear" is a tool to manipulate the masses and keep them in control. (Coming up in his time I understand his fear, when the white man could come in your home an lynch you and nothing would be done about it, today they just shoot us down in the streets (cops) and get away with it.)
Christianity is filled with hypocrites, doesn't the book say that "God has not given you the spirit of fear." So why should any Christian be afraid of death? Personally I'm not afraid of death, as far as this life is concerned, "been there done that" now let's see what death has to offer........

Permalink Reply by sherpard - i'm more afraid of how i'll die, than dying itself. i don't want to get bitten on the forehead by a poisonous rattle snake, try to stumble for help, just to fall in the road, where a car runs me over, but the driver's afraid so they head off, and then a grizzly has what's left of me for dinner while i'm still barely ticking. or to have a cop beat me to death.
i realized one day that regardless of what faith i have, i'm not supposed to know what happens. our creator, divine or not, intelligent or not, didn't intend for us to know for sure. certainly more could have been done than speaking to a people during one time in history to write a book to last thousands of years. but if i'm to believe in the bible, then it is about having a doubt so that you have to rely on faith. a game for the god who they say is a jealous one.
i am not christian or any faith. i'm a human BEING who tries to have strong morals, and not because i'm afraid of an internal spanking or reward. i want to do it on my own merits and hope that if there is a christian god, as my mother had me raised to believe as she does, that it will forgive me for not putting so much faith in every word that seemed to go against the humanity and reasoning that my creator gave me. i hope i'm judged not on whether i believed, like the bible says, but on my compassion and understanding, considering how difficult it was to deal with the evils of this world. to take all the blows and still walk with my head high because i didn't allow those wounds to turn me against myself and especially others.
for all i know, i'm just as important as the organism under a microscope. processing information, carrying around other organisms and existing just for the sake of the ride. when i die, all that i know of myself and the world, may be what's in my brain that will one day fail to operate. and the lights will go out. and what is there to be afraid of? i will not know or remember a thing. all i know is now. the spirituality i feel is inside. i know i am one with everyone because we are all ears and eyes, hearts and minds, love and fear, all on the same journey, as our seeds will be, and like our mothers and fathers were. except for differences that we choose ignorantly to give volume to, we are all the same species.
i know it won't be this way, but i'd love to die looking at a setting sun on the beach. closing my eyes as the horizon puts the sun to rest in a magenta sky.
but i'm not afraid.

Beloved what I am about to share with you will require physical and mental sacrificing, which will determine how serious we are about obtaining our Freedom and Justice for all Black Afrikans who desire such a peace of Mind.
Tell me beloved, why is it that Black People refuse to come together to discuss the serious matters that are confronting us in America, I am not talking about emotional knee jerk reaction to situation caused by the action of injustice acted out by those in authority in America against Black people, I am talking about coming together with a calm and reasonable mind for discussing the most pivotal issues that now keep Black people in a robotic mental state.
Black people have been so well conditioned by those people who has proven to be an enemy to the need for justice and freedom for Black people and those enemies come in all different pigment and I must say that the most dangerous of our enemies are the enemy in our midst, looking just like us Black People, you Black people having been convinced that your leaders are your guide but I am here to inform you that they are the enemy of you that is among you, beloved.
Now why do I share such with you about our leaders, well it is because we are still a fool running around in Americasearching for Jesus to come to rescue us and your leaders are those who keep the flame of Jesus burning in your Mind that is not your Mind, beloved.
Why do you not see your Black leaders leading the way in pointing out the plans that are in motion to eradicate you Black people and why is it that Black people seem so mental traumatized to the point that you are to fearful to take the matter of protecting your life into your own Mind action.
Do you not see that your so call Black leaders do not inform you about the real evil that your Black life is facing every day, which is that you Black people do not have one clue about who you really are, nor about where you Truly Come from, you rather believe that you are the descendants from whatever the oppressors tell you and not what those among you share with you informing you that the ape is not your direct ancestors.
If a people do not know who they really are, then how in hell do you expect those people to be confident in them having the ability to change the course that our life has been set upon, that is leading to our physical death, now that the Black mind has long been placed in a prison of belief, faith, and hope. principles that will never motivate you to fight for your freedom, nor will inform you that you have an obligation to protect your Black life.
In America, the evil that is controlling Black people is ignorance about the Black self and that evil is practiced by the Racism, Prejudice, and discrimination with injustice, toward Black people.
Yet Black people are looking at such evil being used against us every day, but instead of Black people seeing the need to come together to discuss and plan a way to protect ourselves, we rather look to the enemy of Black people to call us together and be in control of what you will discuss to believe, not know, is the best path for us to travel and all of the time such a path will and is leading us to our death, not to our freedom, away from the evil that bound us in America.
The majority of Black people in America is in need of Divine Guidance, not the prescribed guidance given to them by the so call Black leadership that serve as surrogates to their master the oppressors of Black people, they are those who every day, lie and deceive Black people into believing that Obama represent a change for the better, not for Black people, but for America, the enemy of your Mind, which mean, if Black people want, not need, to be a part of the Obama change, then you must be an American, don't care if you are Black or white.
America does not move along a path that serve to the freedom and justice for Black people, it is the American, Black and white, that teach Black people that Race does not matter in America and that there is no such a thing as Race, yet your Life living condition is in the condition it is in because of the fact that we are of a shade that is the direct opposite to the people that oppress you.
Those are the people who caused Black people not to be operating in our Divine Mind but the mind of our oppressors, they who refer to themselves as Human Being, those oppressors who have created Black people in their own image and that is why Black people now refer to ourselves as Human Being with Dumb and ignorant foolish pride.
It is the Human Beings of this world that set out to destroy the Black World, those Black Beings who before the coming of the Human Beings Into our midst, were Divine Black Beings and had built a civilization equal to none after, upon this planet earth, to prove who they are, our Divine Cosmic First Way Ancestors I am sharing with you about, beloved.
Here we Black People are in America, knowing that Race does matter, knowing what America did to Enslave our Afrikan Ancestors, well some of us know, knowing that after approximately five hundred years of withstanding the evil that flow from America to Black People, knowing that America refuse to discuss with a broad base cross section of Black people in attendance participating in the discussion, the Evil of Racism toward Black People, and knowing that America is too Evil of Mind to admit that America is in debt to our Enslaved Ancestors, in debt to pay Reparation to our Enslaved Ancestors.
So I ask, why is it that Black people sit around waiting on those surrogates of Black Leaders, they who are accountable to those who oppress Black people and / or wait on the oppressors themselves to summon Black People to a mark phony discussion on Race and Reparation, Why?
Why is it that Black people will not take it upon ourselves to summon ourselves to a Summit on Race and Reparation, taking the initiative to sponsor such a summit of discussion, even if we need to, and we will if serious enough about our Black life, raise the money to provide the transportation when time to get Black people to a designated place where the summit on Race and Reparation will be held.
You see, when such an action is taken by Black People to make such a need happen, then will we know Black People are serious about changing our living condition and will do so based upon the change Black people agree to and not the change that some surrogate of the oppressors of Black People is lying to Black People about.
Listen, if you are a Black American, then I know that there is no way in hell you can see what this missive is revealing to you, but if you are Black in America and now can see, then you beloved should be qualified to know what this missive is revealing to you at this moment.
Black people do not need any Black shenanigan of this issue of Race And Reparation in America, we need serious Black Divine Thinking People, you who are willing to go the last mile to obtain Justice for our Enslaved Ancestors and Freedom for Afrika and the Black Afrikan, to be enjoyed in Afrika.

Why aren't you taking the time to create Summits on Race and Reparation? I begin with the man in the mirror. I am black and understand that rascism exits in America. I have experieced it and continue to experience it.
I also understand that America is a country among many countries that this too exists everywhere on the planet. Black against black, different countries doing the same thing. Oppressing their own people. It's hard to believe that in America, one of the greatest countries; power in the world and that this goes on.
But it has been going on forever, since Cain and Abel; a brother killing his own brother because of jealousy and wealth-( the blessing that his dieing father was going to give). - First of all, I'm not a nigga. I don't care what anybody says. okay. I have a problem with the delivery of the content. I embrace change but this is provoking a sense of urgency in a negative way. Emotionally, this affects me negatviely. I would rather replace with a positve way of invoking justice. That's just me.
Revolution, does that mean trying to fight certain fascist in the government? They have the big guns and the law on their side. Should I/we die because they may want me/we to? I am simply not sure what this is trying to invoke. I would rather be spoken to than yelled at or insulted.
I can understand the time this was made. I feel its counterproductive and incites emotional anger . I know now to check my emotions because that's satan's way of keepin up shit. Right is right and wrong is wrong and I'm staying calm cool and collected, my thoughts are clearer that way.

In life you just have to fight for your freedom even if it means death so the little ones can prosper. It was done back in slavery times & during the civil rights era. No one is going to give you freedom. Even today the gov't want to take the little freedoms that we have. Just imagine the end of free speech & the right to bear arms in this country. We might as well put ourselves in body bags b/c they won. So therefore, it's our right to take it back by any means necessary. JFK admitted that those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable. In the year 2009 we as a ppl suffer under this illusion that we are free in a country that is enslaving you mentally. A black man cannot even drive his car or walk the street without a cop harrassing them. To me that is not a sign of a free man.

We share many like opinions sista... except for the "fact" that a fight is a fight... be it physical, mental or spiritual, there gonna be some pain involved, and there will be casualties... Our ancestors were not AFRAID to fight a corrupt system, and if need be, lay down their lives to insure that their children would live free! Today, WE have taken on the attitude of "live for yourself NOW... damn the children!" And I'll be damned... LOOK @ THE CHILDREN!?!? Very few morals, or ethics do they have... and thats OUR fault... yeah ALL of US! The system throws us some crumbs, parades a few negroes with "money crumbs" in our faces, shows them slappin hands with a few whites folks, and, WHALAH... Problem solved right?? And you fight so hard to pay the bills and work your ass off to give your kids everything they see on TV, but in the mean time, niether you, nor your children has "learned" anything from each other...
I'll give an example: My mother and father separated when my sister and I were still young... My mother, determined to handle her business, enters college at the age of 35, graduated with honors, then went on to become a CPA. For over 20 years she worked and became CFO of one of the largest Pattent & Trademark Lawfirms in the country... handling millions of dollars of this firms funds! In the whole time she worked for that firm, i never knew my mother to be invited to any major functions, never do I remember visiting the homes of any of the managing partners at the firm, but I knew them all from visiting the office frequently... and she seemed to be very popular amongst the co-workers. To make a long story short, in the end, this firm was bought out in a merger, and my mother was denied a pension, and was given a very weak severance... The only ones who profited from the merger were the partners! (even some of the clients took a loss) You mean after all that time of hard work and neglecting her kids, she got almost nothing?!? Just the contnued struggle of trying to maintain a private practice at the age of 62. Now the sad part is... SHE's OK WITH IT!! 30 years later, she's no better off financially, than she was when she first started... Great credit, but very lil NET! If that wasn't some plantaition politics, I dont know what is??!! The partners walk away with houses, cars and yachts, but my mom has to struggle with refinancing only 1 mortgage!! That type of shit, makes a brother want to pay a visit to the partners... Feel me?!?!? Now, that I'm older, I can talk to my mother a lil more freely than when i was younger... (she was always too busy, tax time is the worst) It's like now with the internet driving business, it's like she's starting all over again, and she has very lil patients for wanting to learn new things... So, what was HER struggle REALLY about?! Only she knows....
All in all... over the past 40 years, there has been NO REAL WEALTH generated in the black community, quite the opposite!! Our money is "PAPER THIN", and our POWER IS NIL!

HE NEW RASTA, A NEW LOST NATION WITH MISGUIDED LEADERSHIP AND MISDIRECTED PRIORITIES (WHO IS DETERMINING THE RASTAMAN’S PRIORITIES NOWADAYS?)

FOREWORD
When a house is burning or a ship is sinking it is typical for those that are imperiled to focus urgently on the immediate problem that needs to be fixed…that is if they are not dead asleep or drugged by the dope of domestication. Similarly the priorities of any people who are beset by crisis ought to be characterized by urgency and focus on the immediate problems that need to be fixed.
The first questions they should ask of any program or event is: Whose problem is it fixing; whose consciousness is it elevating? Is it reaching the people that need the most help; is it fixing the hole that is leaking?
Is it elevating the consciousness of the sick masses of African people who
continue to be systematically indoctrinated with the virus of self-hate that leads to the present epidemic of self-destruction? Is it creating alternatives to their current pitiful economic dependency?
Recent events in the history of Rastafari like the Smithsonian exhibition indicate quite clearly that there is A PRIORITY SHIFT taking place, a shift that is not characteristic of a people that seek justice but more characteristic of a people that seek white patronage. While the masses of Africa’s youths are perishing for lack of self-knowledge and scotching on the brink of survival the new self-appointed Rastafari leadership seems to be more preoccupied with another priority that could be labeled: GETTING VALIDATION FROM THE POPE.
When one examines the history of Rastafari in the U.S. it will be seen that up to this date the main target of Rastafari evangelism has not been the Black masses who are most in need of self-knowledge. This is most true of Reggae music, and now in the case of recent events it seems like more of the same.
Now concerning the upcoming Rastafari Arts and Culture festival in White Mountain, this is the same impression that was conveyed by the first documents that were sent out. On this cultural battlefield there are certain words and phrases that embody certain ideas that automatically send off alarm bells.
Here are the alarm bells that sparked the meditation to write this article.
They appeared in two preparatory documents that might not have been final drafts, but yet betrayed a certain NON-RASTA philosophy and a certain agenda motivating an effort that is supposedly to correct misrepresentation of Rasta:
(1) “The focus of the activities stated above is to bring clarity of our way of life and provide a greater understanding of the same. This will enable the Rastafari Community here to enhance communication and establish good relationships with the greater Community in the Western North Carolina region”
The above is an alarm bell when one considers that the Rastafari community and the greater community being referred to here amounts to nothing more than THE WHITE COMMUNITY. So the above statement instantly sends a message that the white Rastas are holding a big program to impress their mummies and daddies and uncles and aunts that Rasta is COOL. With that motive it is quite obvious that Rasta would have to be dressed up and presented in a cooled down patriotic form. Never has a program of the proposed cultural magnitude ever been funded and organized to reach the Black youths of the U.S.A. or to create a greater familiarity with the Rasta way of life amongst Blacks.
So next alarm bell:
(2) Event Overview:
Entrance of U.S. ARMED FORCES Color Guards.
(A loud ringgggggggg alarm bell!)
(3) 1 minute of silence for 911 victims and war casualties and veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan.
This alarm bell sounds like part of the effort to show the white community that Rastas are quite patriotic and hold similar values, especially those values that mourn for “our boys in uniform” and don’t care a damn about all the rest who are mere collateral damage.
Next alarm bell:
(4) VISION: to establish outreach and educational programs, for the creed to be fulfilled, (This appears over a photo of Haile Selassie shaking the hands of Jacqueline Kennedy…interesting choice)
Everything so far suggests an outreach to the white community with the aid of white advisors and Black consultants in the same vein as the Smithsonian exhibition.
(5) In the second document titled “Event schedule” the first thing that appears at the top is “Reasoning needs to be on how InI represent InI Message as to Co creating Unity and Love for all Colors and Creeds”
This all sounds very much like what Rasta priorities become when Romans are in the midst and when the drive for white patronage is replacing the movement for justice. Meanwhile the children of The Middle passage are drowning, unexposed to the ireful way of Rasta, and the few that would love to live the life of Rasta have no real survival mechanism. And it is against this background that I was inspired to write this article.
All the people who have set out to organize these wonderful programs may be quite sincere in their efforts and perhaps just operating innocently within the limitations that they know. Hopefully the criticism and analysis presented here may one day contribute to a greater sense of awareness concerning the focus and direction that is sorely needed. Therefore I hope that everyone realizes that the comments here presented are not meant to be personal, but there is a larger issue that needs to be addressed. It is about the life and death of a people. It is about making sure that justice and race upliftment are not relegated to the bottom of Rasta priorities in the mad rush to receive VALIDATION FROM THE POPE.

WHO IS DETERMINING THE RASTAMAN’S PRIORITIES NOWADAYS?
"Throughout history, it has been the inaction of those who could have acted; the indifference of those who should have known better; the silence of the voice of justice when it mattered most; that has made it possible for evil to triumph." Haile Selassie I.
So that evil will not continue to triumph we are all obligated to speak out and voice our opinion when we see signs of danger on the horizon. It is very hard to speak the truth without hurting someone’s feelings, or raining on someone else’s parade, but as His Majesty said, we are obligated, compelled to speak out, even if we are the only voice of dissent and every one else appears to be journeying like a family of NOT-SEES.
Ultimately truth is all that really matters.
In the long struggle for justice and Black liberation there have always been attempts to muffle the Black truth and prevent it from being heard because those that profit from Black oppression have always feared that this truth would one day spread and cover the earth. Therefore, when this truth is in its season of springing there is a need to corrupt it, disfigure it, deform it, discredit it, and make it look like the vain and ridiculous ramblings of extremists who should be scorned, excluded, ostracized, and rejected.
The fire that Rastafari WAS burning in the earlier days of the movement could not be allowed to spread beyond the borders of the Caribbean. If that fire had spread to the Black youths of America the spell of DOMESTICATION and Acute Negro Psychosis would have been broken, and the voice of African liberation would then have gone global with a force that could not be stopped. Even in the Caribbean that hard-core voice of African liberation had to be countered with Carnival culture and Crop Over culture so as to maintain the dominance of WHORISM in the psyche of the SHEEPLE.
So what is being said here is not about a clash of personalities because one man does not like another man whom he has never even met, but it is about a larger matrix of counter-revolution that has been embarked on by the forces of white racism. It is just unfortunate that nowadays some Rastas get their tails burned when fire is thrown on the slave-master’s house.
The counter-revolution agenda is to water down the Garvyite aspect of Rastafari that focuses SPECIFICALLY and single-mindedly on the issue of Black resurrection and Black liberation. When Blacks are thinking according to the Garvyite idea they think RACE FIRST. They are a people concerned primarily with the repairing and healing of their race. They are a people whose eyes are opened to see the genocide that is taking place, and they overstand the larger historical matrix of external manipulation that causes Blacks to hate one another and to hate themselves. Therefore, they do not blame their people and forsake them and try to form a closer bond with those that have robbed them and historically oppressed them.
When Africans are centered within this idea of HEALING YOUR RACE FIRST they are not very receptive to white penetration within their innermost councils. Not only is the Black survival ship sinking too quickly to focus on healing other colors and creeds but TWO THOUSAND YEARS OF HISTORY cannot be forgotten so easily. Some lessons have been learned, and the most important lesson is that The Devil comes with a Bible, a smiling white face, some gifts, some favors, some jobs, some loans, some grants, and before you know it you are singing the red-white-and- blue song and you become a dyed-in-the- wool NOT-SEE.
This RACE FIRST kind of thinking is most feared and despised by the Slave-master. After all, you cannot have your Blacks thinking this way, because in a short while they would rise up from their sleep and slumber, and instead of wagging their tails and bowing their heads they would cease
being docile domesticated Negro poodles and become giants of Africa.
This way of thinking therefore has to be stigmatized in order for the Slave-master’s agenda to succeed. It has to be condemned and declared a narrow, outdated, misrepresentation of the true teachings of Haile Selasse I. It must be replaced by the doctrines of multiculturalism, diversity, openness, and inclusivity.
So how can the slave-master divert the flow of this hot lava of Black consciousness and send it in a direction that does not lead to African liberation? First some elders of Rastafari must be found to implement The Blind-Low-A’s agenda, and they are to accomplish the white man’s mission by drowning the logic of Black liberation with the stupefying drink of ONE-LOVE RELIGION. No more of that specifically Black thing. Rasta must now demonstrate to the world how much he loves everybody.
There are “Rastafari elders” who are well qualified for this mission. The “blessings” that come from white friendship and white patronage have caused many to jump on the band wagon of black-and-white brotherhood and leave forsaken the unfinished and unaccomplished task of recreating Black and Black brotherhood and sisterhood. In the belly of The Beast they have lost their African minds. Their greatest fear is to offend the feelings of the white man who says I want to come into your innermost councils when you are reasoning on Black liberation.
Once upon a time on the old slave plantation Black foremothers were forced to nurse their master’s little white babies first and then nurse their own after their breasts had been already drained. Now, in the twenty-first century, the slave-master intends to co-op even the grey and hairy elders to serve up a cooled down version of Rasta on a plate. Little white babies must yet be served first while little black babies perish from lack of self-knowledge, spiritual hunger, and cultural malnutrition.
Black youths in the pits of oppression perish because their culture, their names, their language, their history, their pride and self-esteem, and their properties have been stolen, leaving them balancing precariously on a tight rope above the ready and wide open jaws of the prison. But those Rastas who have lost their FAR EYE have found it more profitable to polish and reprocess the seeds of Rastafari for white consumption. Everything, even the sacred and the holy, is now A PRODUCT to be sold according to the forces of the market and the auction block.
Not the ghetto, not the hood, not the Black colleges where Black youths have not a clue as to who or what Rasta is, but in the whitest of neighborhoods Rasta is being served up for dinner, all cleaned up and refined for white digestion. A new kind of thinking is seeking official endorsement and global accreditation, and it sends the signal to African freedom fighters that if you want Rasta in your midst you have to be prepared to also accept THE WHITE OVER-SEER in your midst.
The religious drug is morphing the Rastaman into a new kind of devotee. No longer are Rastas coming together to deal with African Liberation; when Rastas come together they come together to deal with MULTI-RACIAL RELIGION. They are pushing a new kind of brotherhood and sisterhood that is based on the mere profession of faith and the wearing of locks. It has not occurred to the disciples of this doctrine that a man can change his faith a million times in his life time, but he cannot change his family tree.
Under the influence of these new drugs the continual victims of racism become LESS RACE-SPECIFIC. Even though race extermination is evident in every area of Black life, the victim of this ongoing genocide has stupidly succumbed to the plot to make him NOT SEE RACE.
While professing a love for Haile Selassie the greatest disservice will be done to the record of Haile Selassie, for they will take his words and misuse them to negate The Black Imperative of Black self-preservation and Black resurrection. Chief among these words will he His Majesty’s speech before the United Nations when he warned of nuclear war and urged mankind to develop a world citizenship where one’s ULTIMATE allegiance will be to the brotherhood of man.
Those without any wisdom will interpret these words to mean that it is ok for Africans to have white over-seers in the midst whenever they are discussing African liberation. And some other foolish ones will believe that the coming together of Rasta should always be a multi-racial religious event, sufficiently non-threatening to the slave-plantation that even white over-seers can participate. In effect the religious dope is doing its usual job of DIVIDE AND RULE because the Rasta movement that was once a leading champion of African Liberation will soon become something African in origin but un-African in priorities. Chained by religious ambivalence and weakened by its diluted assimilationist focus it would not be surprising if it becomes another useful tool in the task of African re-colonization.
On the other hand, after reading Haile Selassie’s UN speech of 1963, The Wise will then look back at his speech before The O.A.U where he indicated quite clearly that the African’s immediate agenda is to create A UNION OF AFRICANS, united in a single African brotherhood. Immediate always takes precedence over ultimate.
Amongst the Community of Nations, African brotherhood and sisterhood is the one that is most pitifully lacking, because for centuries Africa has been torn up and carved apart in a million pieces to the benefit of others. Not only torn apart physically but also torn apart psychologically so that today Africans are an object of pity and scorn in the eyes of the whole world. Nobody delights in having Africans in their midst unless they have been properly broken in, domesticated, and poodlized.
The same leader, Haile Selassie, who spoke of allegiance to the brotherhood of man worked tirelessly for the brotherhood of Africans, for he knew full well that Africans will never be accepted as equals in the world community before they can repair the self-hate and disunity amongst themselves.
That is why Rastafari’s first mission and major priority is the self-healing and resurrection of African people. It is a mission where Africans have to be able to come together amongst themselves WITHOUT THE OVER-SEER and deal with the issues that are uniquely African. At least this was the mission before the religious befuddlement. When Africans cannot see this necessity it is always because the dope of domestication is befuddling their minds.
So to the slave-master, what is the long-term value of all of the religious befuddlement that has taken hold of Rasta?
The religious befuddlement is causing Rasta to become a harmless domesticated species with the sting of its tongue torn out, and white anthropologists and sightseers are paying to look at Rasta memorabilia and saying “These are quite interesting and quaint exotic chaps. Let us SEPARATE THEM FROM AMONGST THE REST OF BLACK PEOPLE and adopt them.” But this is just what some Rastas wanted and they are getting their heart’s desire. Some elders even brag about how close they and the white boy have become one.
The white youths in the U.S.A. who have been singled out for special doses of Rasta food will naturally be the ones who will increase, and the Black youths who remain locked away in the ignorance of the concrete jungles will continue along the path of externally manipulated self-destruction. If you focus reggae music on the white community and then do the same thing with your spirituality what else are you doing but foolishly investing in your own bondage?
This integrationist mixed up type of Rasta movement will definitely not appeal to those Blacks that are shaking off the POODLE-ization of their minds. They will easily identify Rastas as integrationists, ass-kissers, and SELL-OUTS. It is a grave mistake for any African to allow religion to separate him from Africans and attach him to Caucasians.
Those justice-seeking Blacks that will rise up and look around for cultural alternatives will be least likely to embrace Rastafari as a path to African liberation.
Those Blacks that have not succumbed to POODLE-ization will want to create cultural environments where the white man is absent. They will aspire to creating cultural programs where they can look around and say WE, children of The Middle Passage are inseparably bound together by a common fate, and we are determined to create a mighty union of Africans no matter what it takes.
It is only THE POODLE in the Negro that prevents him from aspiring to such levels of group solidarity. Even on a higher level of renewed Black self-appreciation, Blacks will want to look into the cradle and see the face of ancient black ancestors looking back at them and not the face of those that raped and enslaved them. But this is taboo to the African and the Rasta who has lost his African mind. He is so scared of thinking these thoughts that it is almost as if he is thinking an illegal thought. What a cruel irony it will be that when that renewed level of Black self-appreciation gathers momentum, Rastas will not be able to fit in even though they are the ones that started it.
Because of all these reasons the Rastas that are evangelizing in the white communities and forsaking their true historical imperative must ask of themselves what type of Rasta movement are we trying to establish, one that is embraced by those Blacks that are trying to heal and repair their raped virginity or one that is rejected by Blacks and embraced by whites because it leads right back to Massa’s embrace?
This is not to say that the white youth of the world have no place in Rasta. But their place in Rasta should not function as an interruption in the process that Blacks have to go through to create a WE of Black solidarity. When they insist on inserting their presence they are doing in a friendly way what their forefathers did in a cruel way: preventing the unity of Africans.
However, culture is a thing that cannot be contained and restricted to any one group. Throughout history people have learned and borrowed from other cultures. Like with other cultures people can learn and borrow and be influenced by the culture of Rasta, and the whole world will benefit when people of other races embrace the life style.
But this is a time when every vine has to attend its own fig tree and every farmer has to take care of his own vineyard. The vitally necessary healing of the African psyche can only be achieved by those that have the Black experience embedded in their DNA. It is an internal work, and it is an historical obligation that is placed on the shoulders of conscious Africans. When your focus is the resurrection of Africans you have to be careful to protect your integrity in white mountains, because those are places where Blacks lose their African minds and get their priorities turned upside-down.
In the same way that Africans have urgent work to do amongst their own, the whites too have urgent works to do amongst their own. As NOT-SEE-NESS grows and grows The Rasta man will become more HIPPY-LIKE and even MORE WHITE. More white in numbers, more white in priorities, and more white in agenda. The Rasta movement will become more of an AID-oriented movement that actively seeks out white friendship and solicits white philanthropy while deemphasizing the message of Black liberation.
The children of The Middle Passage will be forced to look elsewhere for a movement of Black integrity where Black people can participate in a genuine process of self-healing.
It IS A SERIOUS MISTAKE FOR AN AFRICAN TO LET RELIGION SEPARATE HIM FROM AFRICANS AND ATTACH HIM TO WHITES.

FOREWORD
When a house is burning or a ship is sinking it is typical for those that are imperiled to focus urgently on the immediate problem that needs to be fixed…that is if they are not dead asleep or drugged by the dope of domestication. Similarly the priorities of any people who are beset by crisis ought to be characterized by urgency and focus on the immediate problems that need to be fixed.
The first questions they should ask of any program or event is: Whose problem is it fixing; whose consciousness is it elevating? Is it reaching the people that need the most help; is it fixing the hole that is leaking?
Is it elevating the consciousness of the sick masses of African people who
continue to be systematically indoctrinated with the virus of self-hate that leads to the present epidemic of self-destruction? Is it creating alternatives to their current pitiful economic dependency?
Recent events in the history of Rastafari like the Smithsonian exhibition indicate quite clearly that there is A PRIORITY SHIFT taking place, a shift that is not characteristic of a people that seek justice but more characteristic of a people that seek white patronage. While the masses of Africa’s youths are perishing for lack of self-knowledge and scotching on the brink of survival the new self-appointed Rastafari leadership seems to be more preoccupied with another priority that could be labeled: GETTING VALIDATION FROM THE POPE.
When one examines the history of Rastafari in the U.S. it will be seen that up to this date the main target of Rastafari evangelism has not been the Black masses who are most in need of self-knowledge. This is most true of Reggae music, and now in the case of recent events it seems like more of the same.
Now concerning the upcoming Rastafari Arts and Culture festival in White Mountain, this is the same impression that was conveyed by the first documents that were sent out. On this cultural battlefield there are certain words and phrases that embody certain ideas that automatically send off alarm bells.
Here are the alarm bells that sparked the meditation to write this article.
They appeared in two preparatory documents that might not have been final drafts, but yet betrayed a certain NON-RASTA philosophy and a certain agenda motivating an effort that is supposedly to correct misrepresentation of Rasta:
(1) “The focus of the activities stated above is to bring clarity of our way of life and provide a greater understanding of the same. This will enable the Rastafari Community here to enhance communication and establish good relationships with the greater Community in the Western North Carolina region”
The above is an alarm bell when one considers that the Rastafari community and the greater community being referred to here amounts to nothing more than THE WHITE COMMUNITY. So the above statement instantly sends a message that the white Rastas are holding a big program to impress their mummies and daddies and uncles and aunts that Rasta is COOL. With that motive it is quite obvious that Rasta would have to be dressed up and presented in a cooled down patriotic form. Never has a program of the proposed cultural magnitude ever been funded and organized to reach the Black youths of the U.S.A. or to create a greater familiarity with the Rasta way of life amongst Blacks.
So next alarm bell:
(2) Event Overview:
Entrance of U.S. ARMED FORCES Color Guards.
(A loud ringgggggggg alarm bell!)
(3) 1 minute of silence for 911 victims and war casualties and veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan.
This alarm bell sounds like part of the effort to show the white community that Rastas are quite patriotic and hold similar values, especially those values that mourn for “our boys in uniform” and don’t care a damn about all the rest who are mere collateral damage.
Next alarm bell:
(4) VISION: to establish outreach and educational programs, for the creed to be fulfilled, (This appears over a photo of Haile Selassie shaking the hands of Jacqueline Kennedy…interesting choice)
Everything so far suggests an outreach to the white community with the aid of white advisors and Black consultants in the same vein as the Smithsonian exhibition.
(5) In the second document titled “Event schedule” the first thing that appears at the top is “Reasoning needs to be on how InI represent InI Message as to Co creating Unity and Love for all Colors and Creeds”
This all sounds very much like what Rasta priorities become when Romans are in the midst and when the drive for white patronage is replacing the movement for justice. Meanwhile the children of The Middle passage are drowning, unexposed to the ireful way of Rasta, and the few that would love to live the life of Rasta have no real survival mechanism. And it is against this background that I was inspired to write this article.
All the people who have set out to organize these wonderful programs may be quite sincere in their efforts and perhaps just operating innocently within the limitations that they know. Hopefully the criticism and analysis presented here may one day contribute to a greater sense of awareness concerning the focus and direction that is sorely needed. Therefore I hope that everyone realizes that the comments here presented are not meant to be personal, but there is a larger issue that needs to be addressed. It is about the life and death of a people. It is about making sure that justice and race upliftment are not relegated to the bottom of Rasta priorities in the mad rush to receive VALIDATION FROM THE POPE.

WHO IS DETERMINING THE RASTAMAN’S PRIORITIES NOWADAYS?
"Throughout history, it has been the inaction of those who could have acted; the indifference of those who should have known better; the silence of the voice of justice when it mattered most; that has made it possible for evil to triumph." Haile Selassie I.
So that evil will not continue to triumph we are all obligated to speak out and voice our opinion when we see signs of danger on the horizon. It is very hard to speak the truth without hurting someone’s feelings, or raining on someone else’s parade, but as His Majesty said, we are obligated, compelled to speak out, even if we are the only voice of dissent and every one else appears to be journeying like a family of NOT-SEES.
Ultimately truth is all that really matters.
In the long struggle for justice and Black liberation there have always been attempts to muffle the Black truth and prevent it from being heard because those that profit from Black oppression have always feared that this truth would one day spread and cover the earth. Therefore, when this truth is in its season of springing there is a need to corrupt it, disfigure it, deform it, discredit it, and make it look like the vain and ridiculous ramblings of extremists who should be scorned, excluded, ostracized, and rejected.
The fire that Rastafari WAS burning in the earlier days of the movement could not be allowed to spread beyond the borders of the Caribbean. If that fire had spread to the Black youths of America the spell of DOMESTICATION and Acute Negro Psychosis would have been broken, and the voice of African liberation would then have gone global with a force that could not be stopped. Even in the Caribbean that hard-core voice of African liberation had to be countered with Carnival culture and Crop Over culture so as to maintain the dominance of WHORISM in the psyche of the SHEEPLE.
So what is being said here is not about a clash of personalities because one man does not like another man whom he has never even met, but it is about a larger matrix of counter-revolution that has been embarked on by the forces of white racism. It is just unfortunate that nowadays some Rastas get their tails burned when fire is thrown on the slave-master’s house.
The counter-revolution agenda is to water down the Garvyite aspect of Rastafari that focuses SPECIFICALLY and single-mindedly on the issue of Black resurrection and Black liberation. When Blacks are thinking according to the Garvyite idea they think RACE FIRST. They are a people concerned primarily with the repairing and healing of their race. They are a people whose eyes are opened to see the genocide that is taking place, and they overstand the larger historical matrix of external manipulation that causes Blacks to hate one another and to hate themselves. Therefore, they do not blame their people and forsake them and try to form a closer bond with those that have robbed them and historically oppressed them.
When Africans are centered within this idea of HEALING YOUR RACE FIRST they are not very receptive to white penetration within their innermost councils. Not only is the Black survival ship sinking too quickly to focus on healing other colors and creeds but TWO THOUSAND YEARS OF HISTORY cannot be forgotten so easily. Some lessons have been learned, and the most important lesson is that The Devil comes with a Bible, a smiling white face, some gifts, some favors, some jobs, some loans, some grants, and before you know it you are singing the red-white-and- blue song and you become a dyed-in-the- wool NOT-SEE.
This RACE FIRST kind of thinking is most feared and despised by the Slave-master. After all, you cannot have your Blacks thinking this way, because in a short while they would rise up from their sleep and slumber, and instead of wagging their tails and bowing their heads they would cease
being docile domesticated Negro poodles and become giants of Africa.
This way of thinking therefore has to be stigmatized in order for the Slave-master’s agenda to succeed. It has to be condemned and declared a narrow, outdated, misrepresentation of the true teachings of Haile Selasse I. It must be replaced by the doctrines of multiculturalism, diversity, openness, and inclusivity.
So how can the slave-master divert the flow of this hot lava of Black consciousness and send it in a direction that does not lead to African liberation? First some elders of Rastafari must be found to implement The Blind-Low-A’s agenda, and they are to accomplish the white man’s mission by drowning the logic of Black liberation with the stupefying drink of ONE-LOVE RELIGION. No more of that specifically Black thing. Rasta must now demonstrate to the world how much he loves everybody.
There are “Rastafari elders” who are well qualified for this mission. The “blessings” that come from white friendship and white patronage have caused many to jump on the band wagon of black-and-white brotherhood and leave forsaken the unfinished and unaccomplished task of recreating Black and Black brotherhood and sisterhood. In the belly of The Beast they have lost their African minds. Their greatest fear is to offend the feelings of the white man who says I want to come into your innermost councils when you are reasoning on Black liberation.
Once upon a time on the old slave plantation Black foremothers were forced to nurse their master’s little white babies first and then nurse their own after their breasts had been already drained. Now, in the twenty-first century, the slave-master intends to co-op even the grey and hairy elders to serve up a cooled down version of Rasta on a plate. Little white babies must yet be served first while little black babies perish from lack of self-knowledge, spiritual hunger, and cultural malnutrition.
Black youths in the pits of oppression perish because their culture, their names, their language, their history, their pride and self-esteem, and their properties have been stolen, leaving them balancing precariously on a tight rope above the ready and wide open jaws of the prison. But those Rastas who have lost their FAR EYE have found it more profitable to polish and reprocess the seeds of Rastafari for white consumption. Everything, even the sacred and the holy, is now A PRODUCT to be sold according to the forces of the market and the auction block.
Not the ghetto, not the hood, not the Black colleges where Black youths have not a clue as to who or what Rasta is, but in the whitest of neighborhoods Rasta is being served up for dinner, all cleaned up and refined for white digestion. A new kind of thinking is seeking official endorsement and global accreditation, and it sends the signal to African freedom fighters that if you want Rasta in your midst you have to be prepared to also accept THE WHITE OVER-SEER in your midst.
The religious drug is morphing the Rastaman into a new kind of devotee. No longer are Rastas coming together to deal with African Liberation; when Rastas come together they come together to deal with MULTI-RACIAL RELIGION. They are pushing a new kind of brotherhood and sisterhood that is based on the mere profession of faith and the wearing of locks. It has not occurred to the disciples of this doctrine that a man can change his faith a million times in his life time, but he cannot change his family tree.
Under the influence of these new drugs the continual victims of racism become LESS RACE-SPECIFIC. Even though race extermination is evident in every area of Black life, the victim of this ongoing genocide has stupidly succumbed to the plot to make him NOT SEE RACE.
While professing a love for Haile Selassie the greatest disservice will be done to the record of Haile Selassie, for they will take his words and misuse them to negate The Black Imperative of Black self-preservation and Black resurrection. Chief among these words will he His Majesty’s speech before the United Nations when he warned of nuclear war and urged mankind to develop a world citizenship where one’s ULTIMATE allegiance will be to the brotherhood of man.
Those without any wisdom will interpret these words to mean that it is ok for Africans to have white over-seers in the midst whenever they are discussing African liberation. And some other foolish ones will believe that the coming together of Rasta should always be a multi-racial religious event, sufficiently non-threatening to the slave-plantation that even white over-seers can participate. In effect the religious dope is doing its usual job of DIVIDE AND RULE because the Rasta movement that was once a leading champion of African Liberation will soon become something African in origin but un-African in priorities. Chained by religious ambivalence and weakened by its diluted assimilationist focus it would not be surprising if it becomes another useful tool in the task of African re-colonization.
On the other hand, after reading Haile Selassie’s UN speech of 1963, The Wise will then look back at his speech before The O.A.U where he indicated quite clearly that the African’s immediate agenda is to create A UNION OF AFRICANS, united in a single African brotherhood. Immediate always takes precedence over ultimate.
Amongst the Community of Nations, African brotherhood and sisterhood is the one that is most pitifully lacking, because for centuries Africa has been torn up and carved apart in a million pieces to the benefit of others. Not only torn apart physically but also torn apart psychologically so that today Africans are an object of pity and scorn in the eyes of the whole world. Nobody delights in having Africans in their midst unless they have been properly broken in, domesticated, and poodlized.
The same leader, Haile Selassie, who spoke of allegiance to the brotherhood of man worked tirelessly for the brotherhood of Africans, for he knew full well that Africans will never be accepted as equals in the world community before they can repair the self-hate and disunity amongst themselves.
That is why Rastafari’s first mission and major priority is the self-healing and resurrection of African people. It is a mission where Africans have to be able to come together amongst themselves WITHOUT THE OVER-SEER and deal with the issues that are uniquely African. At least this was the mission before the religious befuddlement. When Africans cannot see this necessity it is always because the dope of domestication is befuddling their minds.
So to the slave-master, what is the long-term value of all of the religious befuddlement that has taken hold of Rasta?
The religious befuddlement is causing Rasta to become a harmless domesticated species with the sting of its tongue torn out, and white anthropologists and sightseers are paying to look at Rasta memorabilia and saying “These are quite interesting and quaint exotic chaps. Let us SEPARATE THEM FROM AMONGST THE REST OF BLACK PEOPLE and adopt them.” But this is just what some Rastas wanted and they are getting their heart’s desire. Some elders even brag about how close they and the white boy have become one.
The white youths in the U.S.A. who have been singled out for special doses of Rasta food will naturally be the ones who will increase, and the Black youths who remain locked away in the ignorance of the concrete jungles will continue along the path of externally manipulated self-destruction. If you focus reggae music on the white community and then do the same thing with your spirituality what else are you doing but foolishly investing in your own bondage?
This integrationist mixed up type of Rasta movement will definitely not appeal to those Blacks that are shaking off the POODLE-ization of their minds. They will easily identify Rastas as integrationists, ass-kissers, and SELL-OUTS. It is a grave mistake for any African to allow religion to separate him from Africans and attach him to Caucasians.
Those justice-seeking Blacks that will rise up and look around for cultural alternatives will be least likely to embrace Rastafari as a path to African liberation.
Those Blacks that have not succumbed to POODLE-ization will want to create cultural environments where the white man is absent. They will aspire to creating cultural programs where they can look around and say WE, children of The Middle Passage are inseparably bound together by a common fate, and we are determined to create a mighty union of Africans no matter what it takes.
It is only THE POODLE in the Negro that prevents him from aspiring to such levels of group solidarity. Even on a higher level of renewed Black self-appreciation, Blacks will want to look into the cradle and see the face of ancient black ancestors looking back at them and not the face of those that raped and enslaved them. But this is taboo to the African and the Rasta who has lost his African mind. He is so scared of thinking these thoughts that it is almost as if he is thinking an illegal thought. What a cruel irony it will be that when that renewed level of Black self-appreciation gathers momentum, Rastas will not be able to fit in even though they are the ones that started it.

Punk Black males have figured out how the white man was raised off his all fours and taught to look up towards the sky by the African race, who are the original men and women. Punk Black men can tell the world that it was the African who built the first civilizations and gave art, science, math and literature to the world. Punk Black males can tell of the Genius of our race in peace and in war under our great leaders of the past. But these same Punk Black males can’t muster the strength to meet the manhood level of his counter parts today unless he is in the service of other races, as their dogs, that are told when to bark and bite and who to bark at and who to bite. Punk Black males say they will kill somebody about messing with their child or children but the funny thing is they haven’t killed anybody but their child and children are not only messed with, but dead and dying if not physically but from the drugs and alcohol they consume.
These cowards, includes our elders who, are manning the ship of the destiny of the African race and are not living up to the standards of manhood produced by the leading and dominant races and nations on this planet. Bill Withers “window raising granny” and grandpas have abandoned their post and Jr. has run off with the shotgun they used to have at that window. Males who are not organized, not willing and therefore not able to defend our race parade themselves across the tabloids, TV screens and you hear their female voices on radio stations, sometime in groups of five, ten, fifteen, twenty at a time, with no clue of what to do and afraid to do it if they knew it.
They can say “Its glorious to die for a cause” only in a Last Poets poem. Every race comes into the Black Punk males so-called community, that has the fastest growing number of homosexuals that are about to outnumber heterosexual males, and pimp slaps the Punks and then walks way with the communities money in a Black bag that they take to their own community. Black Punk men don’t even know how to fight except prize fighters and martial artist but most cant fight, cant box, cant use a knife, cant shoot a weapon and this has bred a race of youth who resort to guns, cause they cant fight, cause their Punk daddies that are around cant fight, box, use a knife or a gun. Punk Black males joined marches that call for putting down the guns when the whites who surround them and protect their marches all carry guns and wear vest and are ready to use their guns on the marchers if they got the chance. The other races make guns faster than you could ever collect and destroy them, in these phony gun collection drives that pay a gang banger $100 for an old gun that he can then buy three more guns with that same $100. Pretty soon in about 20 years the Punk Black males and so-called leaders will be dead and out of the way. The youth don’t respect these leaders that push them into so called educational systems where not only are they not safe, but where most fail and drop out after they get their training to end up in jail. The Punk Black males have shown our youth over and over how they are high paid speakers and brokers of our pain, who position themselves to be male whores in the name of civil rights or some revolutionary crap. Punk Black males are afraid of our youth so much that they don’t even drive in the hood at night and piss on themselves if five youth approach them from the front not just walk up from behind them.

Punk Black males joined marches that call for putting down the guns when the whites who surround them and protect their marches all carry guns and wear vest and are ready to use their guns on the marchers if they got the chance. The other races make guns faster than you could ever collect and destroy them, in these phony gun collection drives that pay a gang banger $100 for an old gun that he can then buy three more guns with that same $100. Pretty soon in about 20 years the Punk Black males and so-called leaders will be dead and out of the way. The youth don’t respect these leaders that push them into so called educational systems where not only are they not safe, but where most fail and drop out after they get their training to end up in jail. The Punk Black males have shown our youth over and over how they are high paid speakers and brokers of our pain, who position themselves to be male whores in the name of civil rights or some revolutionary crap. Punk Black males are afraid of our youth so much that they don’t even drive in the hood at night and piss on themselves if five youth approach them from the front not just walk up from behind them.

I saw this movie on a local channel a couple of nights ago called "Black Girl" Sorom Barrett film, I promise you won't find anywhere on the net, maybe you might if you want to invest about $120.. I found that out after doing some research and upon entering "black girl" on youtube, i got hundreds of videos with black girls showing & shaking their booties for the rest of the world to view (sighhh) Hope can be alive if only one continues to seek knowledge/wisdom.  | FBI Operative Turner Said Cynthia McKinney Should be Lynched
I am in the Bay Area and rocking with the San Francisco Bay View newspaper. But something quite insidious is happening and I think you should know immediately how it involves my friends and me. Hot on the heels of my learning that the Georgia Green Party might have been described by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist organiztion,” it has just now come to my attention that a “journalist” who suggested that I be lynched was actually being paid by our own government to say that. Now, when I reported it to the FBI, how in the world was I to know that he was at that time on the FBI’s payroll? Interesting that charges stem from his comments against Connecticut lawmakers and Illinois judges, but not from the threat made against me, a sitting Member of Congress at the time! I wonder why. To whom can I or any other innocent citizen turn when the government, itself, is the instigator? John Judge, my Congressional staffer, is the one who reported the threat. Here is what John just wrote, along with the article that reports that Turner was on the FBI payroll at the time the threat was made against me, according to Turner’s attorney. John Judge wrote: This is the guy who announced a program topic suggesting that Cynthia McKinney be lynched on her way to the polls to vote in 2006 and published her campaign office address on the website. He asked how she would look swinging at the end of a rope and what message it would send to other “uppity” Blacks. I called NJ Homeland Security and FBI at the time sincee related to it as a death threat. The FBI agent I spoke to said “We know all about Mr. Turner”. Looks like they did. Now they say he was trained as an agent provocateur by the FBI to get others to participate in illegal acts. As Jim Garrison says in the movie JFK after interviewing Clay Shaw, “I think we got one”. Here is an excerpt _ JJ “Prosecutors have acknowledged that Turner was an informant who spied on radical right-wing organizations, but the defense has said Turner was not working for the FBI when he allegedly made threats against Connecticut legislators and wrote that three federal judges in Illinois deserved to die. “*But if you compare anything that he did say when he was operating, there was no difference. No difference whatsoever,*” Orozco said.” Harold Charles “Hal” Turner is an American white nationalist and white supremacist from North Bergen, New Jersey. He was arrested in June 2009 over alleged threats to politicians, and is currently jailed without bail. Prior to Turner’s arrest his program, The Hal Turner Show, was a webcast from his home once a week, and it depended on listener donations. Turner promotes antisemitism (including the rounding up and killing of Jews, he opposes the existence of the state of Israel and he denies the Holocaust. According to the AP Hal Turner has exposed through his attorney that he worked for the FBI from 2002 to 2007 as an “agent provocateur” and “his job was basically to publish information which would cause other parties to act in a manner which would lead to their arrest”

Publicist You are paid to convince us that this artist is worth a damn when you know deep down they’re a tax write-off for the label. Your artists miss appointments and scheduled interviews forcing you to take editors to lunch and send apologetic Tweets. (See Blogger/Journalist) Road Manager When the publicist is off of baby-sitting duty you are the day-to-day pacifier for the artist and their entourage of ten. Your foreign currency conversion skills are unmatched because your artists insist on buying the latest Air Force Ones in Germany with Euros they won in backstage dice games. You may have to break the occasional paparazzi camera as well. Product Manager When your artist is too hung-over from a night of Patron and pill popping to take photos for their album cover you must find a way to photoshop them in or take one from their Myspace page. And pray to God that the record doesn’t leak or it’s your head. Weed Carrier Not only must you have the best Sour on you at all times, you must carry jewels and run to the store for Redbull and condoms at any hour of the night. You must also facilitate liaisons between the rapper and groupies. If you’re not smart enough to get yours first you must settle for sloppy seconds. Do your job well and you may get a verse or two here or there. Lawyer You are the busiest person in entertainment. Whether it’s challenging paternity, civil suits for wrongful death or a nightclub shooting (see limo driver) your Batphone rings constantly. Even if you don’t win your case you must negotiate the rights for the reality TV show of their prison bid. Party Promoter You negotiate around outrageous bar guarantees with club owners and spend your days printing flyers and blasting emails about your events. Your hope is to get way more people to come than can actually fit in the venue and that no one gets shot waiting on the line outside. Blogger/Journalist You never sleep. Ever. You get dozens of emails a day from publicists to cover their artists but there are fewer and fewer outlets willing to actually pay you for your work. You’ve had to trade in your pen for an iFlip camera having to compete with the same artists and their Youtube channels for scoops. And thanks to Word Press everyone thinks they can do what you do. If it weren’t for open bar parties and checks from Google ads you’d quit today. Manager This is probably the worse job on the planet because times have changed. This is the job where you basically have to sell your artist to all of the people mentioned above based on relationships. You have to try and get artist gigs in an over saturated market. If that artist don't already have a business plan in motion or already have a structured out plan or don't know the business but only handles the creative side you are shit out of luck. As many know, after bringing HipHopDX out of obscurity, last year he left for an executive editor position at BET. Though we were sad to see him leave, we were happy to see one of our own move up in the ranks–able to make real difference where it counts. BET is the largest provider of Hip Hop and Black culture to the masses, and Andreas’ revolutionary voice was much needed to transform BET into more than just “Blaxploitation Entertainment Television”. “To friends, colleagues and those that should know, As of today (September 8, 2009) I am no longer the Executive Editor of Music at BET.com. Upon entering the position at BET I said that I needed one year to see what really went on inside the belly of the beast. I needed 365 days to sleep with the enemy and infiltrate the system. One year to see if they REALLY wanted change at BET. As someone who has been critical of BET for many years, it surprised many that I would leave my post at HipHopDX last year to take a position at BET. But it was an opportunity I absolutely had to take. I could no longer be critical of this company without accepting the opportunity to change it when given. Although I was hired to bring about change, I was systematically shut down. I wasn’t hired to make noise, I was hired to be silenced. The truth of the matter is that everything that you thought was wrong with BET is true. Over the past year I’ve seen a lot to reinforce my position that BET is too far gone in the negative to turn into a positive. We have all always thought the worst, but to actually see it in action is another thing in its entirety. The unprofessionalism, the tom foolery, the favors, the misappropriation of resources, the bad ideas that reinforce negative stereotypes, the emasculation of men, the meetings that break down in full fledged cursing battles, the unpaid overtime, the tears from employees scared for their underpaid and overworked positions and ultimately the unwillingness to change are all harsh realities that I’ve witnessed firsthand. That is not to say that there aren’t some good people who have sat in the offices of BET. Unfortunately, the good people are not in positions of power to instill any change. Instead, they work their fingers to the bone just to keep their jobs in this harsh economic climate. The other good people ran out of the door as soon as an another employment opportunity presented itself. To say BET was a revolving door would be an understatement. I came in with a plan to provide balance and to deliver good music to the masses and help make BET relevant again - at least in the dot com world. Those attempts were shut down by out of touch executives who run a dot com but could barely turn on a computer. By those who judge their metrics by page views over absolute unique visitors (that‘s ad sales talk). By those who simply don’t understand the internet. They brought me in because of my track record but never once took a look at my body of work. If they did, they would have known that I was the pen behind editorials such as “BET’s Coon Picnic” or were aware of the many times I have been critical of their award shows and programming. All they knew is that I played a major role in making a once unknown website into a online media outlet that surpassed theirs and they wanted a piece of the action. Too bad they never researched who I really was. During my tenure I worked long hours and sometimes succeeded at bringing in decent content to try to reflect the change I wanted to achieve. But it wasn’t without opposition. While some interviews and content initiatives were able to make it through, many others were either shut down or met with ridicule. I offered ideas to incorporate the blog world and to spotlight new talent before MTV did. Those ideas were met with comments such as “This isn’t HipHopDX” or “You don’t know what you are talking about.” BET is not about the quality of your work. Rather, BET is about the relationships you have with powerful people within the company. BET is not about challenging. Instead, BET is about accepting and saying “yes.” If you have known or followed me over the years, you would know that these are things that simply are not in my character and ultimately resulted in my removal. For the artists and labels that I have worked with for years, I tried. I did whatever I could to achieve that balance many of us wanted to see happen. To the writers who wanted to write for BET, I made an attempt but was never given a budget to work with. Upon my arrival, I was told I would be given a staff. Not true. I had a staff of one to carry out daily operations on a website. I fought tooth and nail to accomplish the minimum (an embeddable player and a site people could navigate) and was constantly brushed off. It was a position that was set up for failure. But I endured as long as I could. Alas, I have been removed from my position after infiltrating the system and the timing was perfect. I wasn’t let go because the site’s numbers were down. Not because I didn’t work hard. Simply because of a personality clash with an individual whose proverbial ass I didn’t kiss enough. Again, not about the work you do but about the relationships you keep and the sides you take. I’d like to thank BET for covering the cost of my relocation to bring me to the great city of New York/New Jersey. I’d also like to thank them for putting me in close quarters with people who think like me and will hopefully work with in the near future. I’d also like to thank them for providing me enough controversial content that I observed firsthand and will make for many tales to be told. I said it and I meant in: One year to either make changes or move on. I left HipHopDX on September 16th 2008. Today is September 8, 2009. Eight days short of a year. Most thought I wouldn’t even last that long. But in that year I’ve had my greatest fears about Black Entertainment Television affirmed. There is so much wrong with BET that I’d rather not break it down in a single email." It is pretty good fodder for a book don’t you think? Because abortion providers, such as Planned Parenthood, accept federal tax dollars, Dr. King argues an investigation should be conducted to make sure racist policies are not being advanced. But is there a correlation between a woman’s race and the likelihood she will be sitting in a Planned Parenthood surgery room? Black woman are five times more likely to abort their children than white women and two times more likely than Hispanic women, according to the Guttmacher Institute. The institute is a leading collector of reproductive health statistics. The abortion rate among whites is 11 abortions per 1000 white women. The children of minorities, however, fare worse. Twenty-eight out of every 1000 Hispanic woman will have an abortion and 50 out of every 1000 black women will do the same. “The acting head of the Obama administration’s Civil Rights Division wants to crack down on groups that receive federal money and whose policies have a negative impact on minorities,” said Dr. King. “I can save her a lot of time. Lately this has been a major subject of discussion and the more and more I think about it the more I can clearly see this is by design. Those numbers are staggering not to recognize it as such. We worshipped our careers never realizing that our men were faltering because the system is designed for the men to fail. We constantly put our men down instead of lifting him up as if he were the enemy. So I guess it's now time for us to cross over or become lonely which was by design. What are we going to do now? Stop with the blame game because this shit is our fault just as much as it our mens fault and before you get caught up in your high horse you better take a look at your personal life and look at the stone cold facts because the damage has been done. Where did these high ass standards come from? The brother got to have this and that like we blindly can't see that we got caught up in our slave masters version of what a man should be. Open up your eyes and look at what is going on this a damn problem so how do we fix it? News flash blaming ain't going to work anymore that tricked has did it's job and now the end result is 1.8 million black woman alone enough for main stream media to make a big tado about it. this is a tricky topic...in all honesty, i feel some women have their standards set on fairy tale endings...a man has to have this or have that...what ever happened to chivalry...opening the door for women getting in & out the car...maybe a nice quiet evening at home...candlelit dinner....running your bath water.....something as simple as flowers can brighten any womans day....or it used to be able to....a brother in a bucket (busted whip, raggedy car) has no chance it seems...women want men who are wealthy...not saying that's a bad trait, but be honest & realistic....the majority of men aren't B-B-B-B-ALLLLLING!!!!!!!!!their struggling to survive...looking to find a LEGAL hustle...a lot of men are already sperm donors...just calling it like i see it....they're NOT FATHERS!!! there's a big difference...
there is no quick fix to this problem....some men don't want to be in a committed relationship...& there are women who feel the same way...or they think they can make that man change his mind...it's a 2 way street but people are using it as a 1 way highway....i know men who've tried to work things out but couldn't because the woman didn't want to...they'd rather go about it on their own & get financial support instead of having the father around...i know women who feel they are much to better than some men because they make more money....IMO, if any relationship is built on money it won't last..IMO, money shouldn't be a determining factor for love....think about how you used to feel for that special person in your life when you were in middle school??? or when u were in high school before you were old enough to have a job...that's the feeling that you should be looking for!!! remember on Ghostface old album where he was talking about chico-stix & humping pillows...girls with berets (probably mis-spelled)... that was that pure feeling of doing right by somebody with what you had...now it's women want a man who has the SUV or the Benz or the Lex....what about someone to love them...someone who respects them...someone who wants to give them everything they have even though it may not be much....someone who won't be abusive or promiscuous...guess all those traits aren't worthy enough for the affection of a woman....
i won't even get into men who've been to jail or who have a record & now can't get a job or the women who want a man with no criminal history whatsoever....the system is designed to have every black man with some sort of record whether it be a felony or misdemeanor...if that's the case, damn right there's slim pickings of us..

This is pretty interesting. I personally am experiencing the challenge of finding someone for a committed relationship that isn’t full of “games” and/or lies. I have dated many different races…and find that some Black women have been through so much, that when they actually find a “good man” they don’t want to believe it enough to embrace it.
I actually just spoke with a ex-girlfriend of mine, and she said, “I really messed up by letting you get away…because you were the love of my life…and I messed up”. And as flattering as it sounded…in reality, it was sad to me. As it turns out – because of so many messed up relationships that she was in before me… she finally admitted that she thought she wasn’t good enough for me, and that eventually I would start cheating, and seeing other women outside of our relationship… which was not going to happen...and absurd to me.
I live in Atlanta, and yes, there certainly are a lot more Black women than Black men… but there are also a lot of Black women that (in my opinion) need to embrace something good…when they find it. And if a woman isn’t sure if it’s really a good Black man… then as the Bible says…”Ye shall know them by their fruits”

this is a tricky topic...in all honesty, i feel some women have their standards set on fairy tale endings...a man has to have this or have that...what ever happened to chivalry...opening the door for women getting in & out the car...maybe a nice quiet evening at home...candlelit dinner....running your bath water.....something as simple as flowers can brighten any womans day....or it used to be able to....a brother in a bucket (busted whip, raggedy car) has no chance it seems...women want men who are wealthy...not saying that's a bad trait, but be honest & realistic....the majority of men aren't B-B-B-B-ALLLLLING!!!!!!!!!their struggling to survive...looking to find a LEGAL hustle...a lot of men are already sperm donors...just calling it like i see it....they're NOT FATHERS!!! there's a big difference...
there is no quick fix to this problem....some men don't want to be in a committed relationship...& there are women who feel the same way...or they think they can make that man change his mind...it's a 2 way street but people are using it as a 1 way highway....i know men who've tried to work things out but couldn't because the woman didn't want to...they'd rather go about it on their own & get financial support instead of having the father around...i know women who feel they are much to better than some men because they make more money....IMO, if any relationship is built on money it won't last..IMO, money shouldn't be a determining factor for love....think about how you used to feel for that special person in your life when you were in middle school??? or when u were in high school before you were old enough to have a job...that's the feeling that you should be looking for!!! remember on Ghostface old album where he was talking about chico-stix & humping pillows...girls with berets (probably mis-spelled)... that was that pure feeling of doing right by somebody with what you had...now it's women want a man who has the SUV or the Benz or the Lex....what about someone to love them...someone who respects them...someone who wants to give them everything they have even though it may not be much....someone who won't be abusive or promiscuous...guess all those traits aren't worthy enough for the affection of a woman....
i won't even get into men who've been to jail or who have a record & now can't get a job or the women who want a man with no criminal history whatsoever....the system is designed to have every black man with some sort of record whether it be a felony or misdemeanor...if that's the case, damn right there's slim pickings of us..

My current solution is
1. Listen to a lecture by Amos Wilson- The Psycology of oppression
2. Listen to as many lectures you can get by Ra Nefer Amen
We need to get back to some basic culture and forget being all amerikkkanized.
Our people in general have become very lost.

Okay we all know that our professional Black women have to lower their standards, in order for them to continue to date within their race, BUT what’s the bigger picture?
And His suggestion of men not having a biological clock is significant, because although nightline is focusing on the professional Black woman with no children, but how about the Sisters in the hood that we see everyday who have a baby on their arm, and no man beside her, so there is definitely a bigger picture.
Men of all ages are impregnating our young women, and the swarm the streets, and somebody has to take care of them, so there is definitely a bigger picture.
They run strait to the social services building. What’s his name? What’s his address?
Now the enemy is free to slay the Black man with the penitentiary, child support service.
Now with Black man out of his way, he could drop the suggestion of interracial dating.
‘Now that I have destroyed your man, you have no other options, but to come to me, and make me your man.’
‘I make just as must money as you, as a matter of fact, I make more than you, and I could put a rock on your finger bigger than any Negra can.’
